I am looking forward to reading more about fiber and its use in the treatment and prevention of disease. Could fiber possibly be useful in the prevention of dementia and Alzheimer’s Disease? We have a lot still to learn. I’m also interested in the timing of taking a fiber supplement, so it won’t block the absorption of my other supplements and medications.
