  1. What about the sugar content? I am always concerned about smoothies and the amount of sugar in them

  2. The only sugar is from the orange juice (natural). The low fat yogurt or no fat yogurt can be monitored also, or use your choice of yogurt. The rest of the ingredients are natural fruits, not simplified sugars. Enjoy !
